Half Lease & Full Lease
Some of our horses at Phillips Performance Horses will be available for half lease or full lease. Half leasing is a great way to prepare for your own horse, or for those of you who do not want to own but just want a extra day or two of riding on top of your lessons. A typical half lease includes 3 set days per week, full use of all amenities, access to riding lessons, tack and no additional charges for vet or farrier. Usually, 1 of the 3 set days, is put aside for a riding lesson. The other 2 set days per week, are yours to do whatever you wish - a practice ride, hack out or just simply spend time with the horse. All riders half leasing must have a basic skill set with a knowledge of safety and proper horse care.
Taking lessons is great fun but we need to practice too!

We also have a couple horses available for free lease, usually these horses require a more experienced rider as they have just been started under saddle and they are green. Please inquire within about these horses available for free lease - Contact 250-354 8168 or phillipsreining@live.com
